Lakestar Bait Boat

Recently after trying numerous bait boats for example the Viper Storm, Microcat Mk2, Waverunner MK3 etc, i have returned to Blue sky Angling Lakestar,
having had one 3 years ago i am impressed with the modifications the new model has. The speed is still very fast and quiet, the lighting very good,
with the option of what lights you want on by pressing the button on the new handset, and no more accidentally pushing the lever over and the bait
hoppers dropping. Whilst on the subject of the new handset, i must say that at last someone has realised that when you have a boat with 2 props and
individual control for each motor you need the springs fitted in the handset this allows the boat to be stay in position while you drop the bait
especially when fishing under overhanging trees etc. Overall my score for this boat would be (out of 10) Manoeuvrability:9 Design and
looks:9 Reliability:9 Controls:9 If i was to have one comment on the boat it would be the handle, although the Velcro fastener does grip there
has been occasions when the strap has parted when lifting the boat out of the water, i would recommend some type of clip like you have on some suit
cases that are quick release. Other than that over all WELL DONE THE BOAT IS THE TOPS. Dave Crook
